Stadsport (PHX) has it straight "It's my belief that AMS is a vendor that puts on a facade of being high-end, and asks high-end pricing for their low-end parts. If you want cheap parts, that's totally fine (and I have plenty on my own car), but you might as well get the same cheap crap and save even more money, because it's been proven time and time again that the crap you get from eBay is the same crap you get from AMS." The point of my post is to only compare two radiators I purchased, AMS upgrade radiator -vs- the Ebay upgrade radiator. The point of my post is that there's no reason to pay $200 more for the AMS radiator when the same identical one without logos can be had for $107. Plain and simple. If you want to buy an AMS radiator and want to save $200 just buy the $107 Ebay one. Whats wrong with discovering another source part for AMS xerox parts? If you dont want to buy either units because you are emotionally evolved in the "dont buy replica china products" and rather spend $300+ for a Koyo or Howe then go for it. So when I said "let the bashing begin", I knew ahead of time there will always be that guy (you) who will have something to say about AMS or Ebay china parts. I do agree, there are some replica parts that are crappy that I would never use. But having hands on experience with both radiators, they are both good radiators. I said for the record I dont believe the AMS radiator is a bad faulty radiator in anyway and I am NOT bashing on the quality of AMS radiator so if you want to bash me personally on that fact then go ahead. Or if you want to bash on this Ebay radiator go ahead too. I was only comparing price of the AMS radiator to Ebay radiator, nothing more. To me both are of equal quality with a major price difference. And this price difference could probably be best summed up by what Stadsposrt (PHX) said about AMS putting on a facade of being high end. I dont believe the AMS radiator is inferior to this Ebay radiator in any way. Heck they are both copied products anyways. Both to me are of identical quality and will perform better than the OEM and perform as equal to a Koyo or Howe and last just as long. I truly believe that and my Z is is a daily driver.
